Reenactors

Payable at the event or via Cash App upon arrival.
Includes $10 in vouchers for on-site food vendors.
Registration required by June 5th.

Paying Your Registration Fee

The $10 participation fee can be paid in one of two ways:

Pay Now via Cash App
Scan the QR code or search $BOC7561 in Cash App and send $10. Include your name in the payment note.

Pay at the Event
Bring $10 cash or have Cash App ready at check-in on June 5th or at the event.

Either way, you will receive $10 in meal vouchers at check-in.

Infantry & General

All reenactors must register by June 5th, the pre-event check-in day held before the main event opens to the public. A Battle Commander will be on site to coordinate the engagement.

Artillery

A powder bounty will be paid to the first 20 cannons registered. The event will have a designated Battle Commander for artillery coordination.

Cavalry

All horses are welcome. Requirements:

Valid Coggins test for ALL horses
Current health papers for horses coming from outside of Missouri
No other restrictions per venue owner
Hay and water provided on site

Sutlers

Sutlers are welcome. Applications must be filled out through Civil War Ranch (venue owners) prior to the event. Contact us for details.
